Co-Op Agreement *

-Parties: This agreement is between Mama Kuku's Homestead (the Company) and Seller (you are the "Seller"). -Product Listing: Seller agrees to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing for all items to be listed on the Company's platform. -Order Fulfillment: Upon receipt of an order, Seller agrees to process and ship the product directly to the customer. -Shipping and Handling: Seller is responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise agreed upon. -Quality Control: Seller guarantees that all products meet the quality standards as described in the product listings. -Returns and Refunds: Seller agrees to handle all returns and refunds according to the Company's policy. -Inventory Management: Seller will maintain accurate inventory levels and promptly update the Company of any stock changes. -Pricing: Seller agrees to maintain consistent pricing as listed on the Company's platform. -Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all business information confidential. -Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. -Liability: Seller agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from product defects or misrepresentation. -Commissions The overall expenses for selling on Mama Kuku include commission fees and payment processing charges applied to the total order amount. For more information, please visit our pricing page. The commission rate for an order depends on how the customer placed their order. When customers find you via Mama Kuku, a 15% commission is charged on all orders, along with an additional $10 fee for new customers on their initial orders. Additionally, a payment processing fee is applicable to all orders. -Payment Processing Once you start receiving orders, you'll set up your payment account and choose how quickly you want to be paid after shipping an order. Your chosen payout speed will affect your payment processing fee—faster payouts incur higher fees. Next-day payout 3.5% + $0.30 30-day payout 2.4% + $0.30 60-day payout 1.9% + $0.30 After you ship your orders, we will deposit your payout into your account according to your selected payout speed. Keep in mind that your bank may take additional time to process the funds after they are deposited. This agreement is effective as of date of submission.
